Breakfast, beds shutters and location all good.
The property is of the older style with mostly older furniture and fittings
with a small en suite but our major issue was our room TV which was all but unwatchable.

The location was very convenient for accessing the town centre but also quiet and in an attractive area.

Room was small but beds comfortable enough. Shower was good.
Walls were very thin. I was kept awake one night until 2 am by guests in the room above talking and laughing. Other nights were ok. The decor was rather tired. Cracked toilet seat. Rusty toilet brush holder. Shower rail loose, shower door didn't close properly. Bathroom window didn't shut properly. Bathroom mirror light didn't work. All minor things which didn't bother me but together gave a poor impression.
