The location was great! A short walk to both the train station and town centre. Staff were lovely and so kind snd helpful. I had an issue with my little one's pram and I was really distressed upon arrival and staff helped carry some of my items upstairs to help ease the situation for me. They don't understand how grateful I am for this as it made me feel less stressed with how I was feeling. The staff when checking out also showed the same level of kindness and compassion when again helping me with my belongings to come downstairs due to again issues with my little ones pram and then having a baby and luggage.
The breakfast was also lovely and a nice selection. My little one doesn't sleep very well and she slept the whole night in the bed.
There was nothing I didn't like. It was a great location, worth the money and great staff.

Just a 15 min walk into town.
On a major road into town but no traffic noise heard
Decor a little dated.
