One of the best locations you can be for your first Berlin visit. Quite place with historic feeling, located next to Museum Island with direct connection to all types of transport. Really good value for money compared to other accomodations. Quite stiff matresses if important.
A/C would be nice.

The location is unbelievable and the room was great value for what you paid. There were restaurants near by as well as good public transport links to the train station and other important locations. The reception was open 9-5 which was enough for servicing needs.
The property kept trying to send me the link to check in via booking.com message however, due to the any scam protection on booking.com the link kept on being removed. This was a major issue that took the property a considerable amount of time sort out this issue.

It was great to have a fridge and we liked the location in Berlin.
There was no AC. Also, I was initially told that they could not accommodate our bed type request. They should make this clear on the website as that was important to me if we were hoping to sleep. Ultimately they found a way to help me but originally said nothing could be done and beds were assigned randomly, so that should be disclosed.
