The accommodation was brilliant. I have never seen such a great apartment for this price. Everything was clean. We had a big fan, so if it got hot (but fortunately it wasn't), it would have helped a lot. There were no issues with neighbors or any bad situations at all. I would love to come back if I visit Berlin again. It's very close to places like Alexanderplatz, which is the center of everything. Also, there is a very good restaurant nearby named "Biang Biang", a "Rewe" supermarket, and a "DM" drugstore. I also saw that they're building a "Rossmann" just a few steps away. It was really a beautiful stay and I highly recommend it to everybody. Thank you.
I was thinking for a minute, but I cannot think of anything bad about this place.

Location is ideal. Close to Alexander Platz, musea and other attractions. Metro and tram close by. Apartment is comfortable and good value for the price we paid. Large rooms. Many square meters compared to other comparable apartments
No reception, no human intervention. 100% digital. Felt a bit uncomfortable (in particular the fact they force you to upload passport or drivers licence) but I must say that access to building and room worked flawlessly.

Great happening neighbourhood, just off the main street. the rooms felt quite spacious, good kithen facilities, and the pricing was affordable too, considering the location and facilities. An elevator for the 2nd floor was definitely a bonus.
We had great trouble communicating with the staff before our stay, they were quite inflexible to change dates of our stay, though it was our mistake to book non-refundable. Other than this, everything was great

Spacious room, clean and overlooking a nice green garden.
Noisy with lots of youngsters partying in the neighboring apartments. Customer support staff was not emphatetic and quite blunt in their answers.
