This was our second time at hanare (our first was in April last year), and it truly felt like coming home. The team is incredibly warm and attentive, and we were so happy to see Momo again. It's lovely to see how this unique concept keeps growing and evolving. The breakfast set was delicious and different from our last visit, so it felt fresh and special again. The whole stay felt like a warm, heartfelt hug. We can't wait to come back!
Nothing at all!

Extremely friendly, great breakfast, shower had lots of pressure and hot water. The description was spot on. Tight quarters, shared toilets and shower did not seem to be an issue.
Nothing that wasn’t disclosed. Steep stairs, small rooms. There was an earthquake at midnight one night 5.4 and it was startling. No damage, not issues, just not something we thought about in advance.

Everything was so perfect and thoughtful, we would give a 11 if it was possible. Just amazing. Go ahead !
Nothing, try this experience at least one night during your stay ! It is Japan how we dream it

There was so much to like about Hanare:
- The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
- Public bath access and breakfast made for an easy stay.
- Peaceful, well-connected neighbourhood.
We did need to be very conscious of how loud we were being after 10pm. Overall, very hard to find anything to complain about!
