The room felt new and was beautifully designed, with tasteful décor and a welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail made it a lovely space to relax and enjoy our stay.
The prices at LASOIL were high, but the menu offered very little choice, and the dishes did not feel particularly appealing. For the prices charged, I would have expected a more varied and interesting menu and better value for money
Lobby waiters
I appreciated how hard the staff member at reception was working. However, there appeared to be only one person handling everything in the lobby. When several guests arrived at the same time, it was clearly a lot for one person to manage, and I felt sorry for them. Additional staffing during busy periods would improve the guest experience and provide much-needed support for the team.

Nice forest resort location. Nice private onsen.
In room bath not used. Wasn’t big enough for me and my partner. (It’s just a bath tub). The first floor of the new wing doesn’t have much privacy and there for we couldn’t sit out on the deck in peace. As the restaurant was looking right into our room.

The Hotel room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast had a large verity and was well designed.
The gym has no actual function. There are no amenities like other hotels we stayed at on our trip to Japan. We were charged extra for a local phone call made to the car hire company.
