Not clean, no aircon, staff not helpful

Nothing to like

Not cleaned properly and room was not ready and we waited 30mins outside to get ready, aircon is not working, Construction notice from morning at 6:30am, customers are helpful

It was okay. Best part was that it was near the airport.

I liked the location, free breakfast, and parking.

2 days at the Zürichsee

Good connection to the Zürich center, good breakfast, good value for the money (considering prices in the area)

AC would help - in hot days, having windows open all night means you know about every train reaching nearby station

I can confirm all the comments of my past stays to this hotel. I rate it 8/10 to be a 3 stars and as usual, knowing well we talk about Switzerland and Zurich, I think the price per night might be a bit lower, that way this hotel might be a "must be" if you stay in Schlieren.

I always stay this hotel when I am in Schlieren

I come to this hotel quite often for business reasons. It is very close to Schlieren station, to restaurants and supermarkets. Hotel is always clean and staff kind and available. Rooms are fine and clean and enough big with main comforts (shower, soaps, hairdryer, lockbox and empty mini bar). No smells detected and quiet silence during night. Breakfast is adequate to a 3 stars. Check in and out is quick and desk os open 24h. I confirm my rating of this structure 8/10 for a 3 stars in Zurich.

It is Zurich...prices are always so high for any service and structure.

Cleanliness of room and other areas. Kid's corner in the lobby. Simple but complete restaurant. Staff friendliness

A bit old-fashioned. Located in front a main street with significant traffic.

Excellent location and stagf

Location excellent for access to tram and train. Great with on-site free parking.

Only 1 flat pillow each. Duvet only no top sheet which would be good in the hot weather

Exceptional

Everything is perfect: good comfortable hotel, good location, some parking slots near the hotel (but tricky to drive out from some slots) and some at parking nearby, very clean room, and friendly personnel. Many thanks again, and I will be back :)

Great day receptionist

The day receptionist was brilliant, she remembered what coffee I had the day before, helped us with the best blace to go in Zürich and simply made oir stay special. Parking was very close to the hotel and free 👍 The hotel as a whole is very clean and lovely.

My husband woke up very early in the morning and unfortunately the receptionist told him that it was too early to get coffee which was a little disappointing. The double bed was made of 2 single beds and unfortunately separated a tiny bit during the night.

Comfortable hotel.

Well appointed rooms, free parking on site. Nice breakfast

No air conditioning, so leaving the windows open means a lot of outside noise from trams and trains at all hours.

Comfortable room, clean and pleasant staff….. must of the time. Easy access to public transport.

The breakfast was “sold out” by 9.am and sometimes we had to wait for seating. On our last day there was no coffee left ! Then another day we were charged to have a coffee at a later time. Coffee, tea etc should have been complimentary.

convenient hotel for an overnight stay when you don’t want to spend a lot of money. relatively large room and bathroom.

not enough parking spaces for all the guests.

great place to stay for the annual Neujahrsmarathon

very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent staff; i loved how well they cater to Neujahrsmarathon participants :)

the price is very high for value, though i had no reference in the area to compare it to so it may just be standard Zürich area rates
