The staff members were outstanding! Recommended restaurants and got us reservations. The location is an easy walk to most things you would want to see. The hotel is a beautiful, "proper" European hotel. Bar staff were expert, crisp, engaging, professional. Breakfast good. Beds were very comfortable and room was spotless. Definitely recommend.

Great location for getting around Milan & situated on a small street with little traffic so was the room was very quiet. All the staff at reception were helpful. Room was a decent size with a big bathroom, which had some nice toiletries provided. Room and overall hotel was very clean.
