I loved the room setup. I liked the pool area and all inclusive package. The staff were helpful too. Small fitness room but was air conditioned and had the good basic things needed including towels and water.

The property is small but convenient with everything on the grounds being in close walking distance of each other. Nothing is top luxury but everything is functional and in good working order. We stayed in a suite which was a really nice size including a living room and big bathroom. The shower was good and the bed was great. The airconditioning worked really well. Views from the hotel to the surrounding area is beautiful. We had a private bali bed which was really nice as you didn’t need to worry about claiming a bed by the pool although it wasn’t that busy when we went and all guests were considerate and well behaved. Pool-side lunch options were excellent. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Way better / boutique option that some of the larger more commercial all inclusive resorts on the island.
Definitely not a 5 star hotel but very good value for money in Mallorca in summer. We weren’t very impressed by the quality of the breakfast and dinner options although the menu was varied but nothing really hit the spot. Double check what’s included in the all inclusive option as we learned at check out that the iced coffee wasn’t.

A very beautiful and well-maintained resort. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. The rooms were perfect – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The suite was nice and comfortable. The spa was lovely and quiet.
Food was ok but, lacked flavour. Management of the restaurant was appalling. Waiting staff didn’t have a clue what they were doing and lacked direction from the restaurant manager. Orders given to wrong tables constantly or waiters walking around clueless with full dinner plates in hands. None of them had been trained in food service and also couldn’t stack plates - so many dropped items. Bar staff were not trained and cocktail mixing was questionable. Bar stock taking not done and kept running out of popular drinks. No crushed ice at one point so no cocktails available. Ordering breakfast cooked food and hot beverages was painful and very poorly managed. Had to flag down waiters to put our order in every morning! I don’t know why the hot food couldn’t be made and served ready at the counter. Also they used tons of crockery bringing various cooked items and we seemed to end up with piles of plates on the tables. I feel sorry for the dishwasher!
