Wonderful services in the hotel and the staff was so accommodating. It felt like a proper Japanese hotel experience and they provided us with traditional samue to complete the 'authentic' feel. The onsen facilities were so lovely and the fact that the hotel is fairly small means we could have a private experience with amazing views.
The breakfast wasn't to the likes of my friends, however I enjoyed it. Maybe it is not for everyone so be aware.

Nice view. A shuttle service to the nearest station. Many nice restaurants close by the hotel within about 15 minutes walk.
The room I stayed with my husband was good, but the room my mom stayed was very stinky, like a poop smell. Even I did opened the door and window for while when I first get into the room. I sprayed lot of fiberize for her room, but the smell was still there. Almost want to change the room but did not. Also, the staff who served our breakfast was not polite and no smile to us, after she knows I can speak Japanese then showed her smile.

The view of the room is unbeatable and you can see Mt. Fuji outside your window.
The hotel facilities are kind of old. It didn't fully meet my expectations with the price I paid. But it's understandable that the hotels in this area are overpriced, given the location.
