Close to the lake. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. Basic breakfast was included. Nice playground and pool for children. Adequate parking.
There was no lift in the building. The stairs were very narrow and steep, making the hotel unsuitable for young children or the elderly. Taking up a big suitcase up 3 flights of stairs was impossible so we left our luggage in the car. The bed was extremely creaky. There was practically no view towards the lake from our room. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was no fresh fruit. The coffee was not great at all. The internet speed was not that good. Payment was requested on arrival but we did not get a receipt for it. The hotel was located up a very steep narrow drive, again making it difficult to access by the elderly or for people with mobility difficulties. The hot tub was closed.
