Location. Very central to all of Madrid.
The bed. Mattress was way too soft. Felt like a pretzel in the morning due to the lack of mattress support.

The location, the room was warm, the bed covers were warm. The room was clean. A mini fridge is provided.
This place is more like a hostel. It was not worth its price. There were broken tiles in the bathroom, the toilet seat was scratched. There was no kettle in the room. There was one in the public area on the 1at floor, however, there was no tab water, no mugs or plastic/paper cups. The towels were low quality. The receptionist was not answering the phone and there were no instructions in the room about how to connect with the reception through the room’s phone. I was sick and needed hot water to make a tea and an additional blanket and I couldn’t get the reception to answer the phone.
