Property was great with a central location in the Puerta de Sol area. Room was clean with a large bathroom and great air conditioning. Free wifi and netflix was also included. All worked well. Staff friendly and responsive.
Property is located on 3rd and 4th floors of a very old building. Only one small elevator that fits one person at a time, so be ready to climb up and down some old rickety stairs if you don’t want to wait on the elevator for your whole party.

Excellent excellent location! Very good customer service.
The room was advertised as a “family suite” - this, in my opinion, is not a very true reflection of the reality. Some things that we noted as inadequate or lacking about the facilities:
- The lift in the building is extremely tiny and very old. We stayed there 3 nights and it wasn’t working for 2 of them. It can only fit 1 person at a time and is very slow.
- The room is very tiny for a family suite too. Might be better for 2 but definitely not a family, which was disappointing as the room on the booking site was labeled as a family suite.
- The bathroom might have been the smallest bathroom I have ever seen anywhere in Europe (and I do quite a bit of traveling so I have seen a lot). It’s actually a joke how small it is.
Overall, the location and the customer service were the only positives from the experience. And although I personally place a lot of weight on those two things, it was still not enough to overcome the shortcomings of this property.
