Amazing location! Loved how close we were to it all in sol, and the main plaza was only a minute walk away. At the bottom along the street, was a Starbucks, tapas restaurants, and other souvenir shop. The room itself was great too, the balcony was a plus and it was nice to sit out there and lounge at times. Only thing to note is the bathroom sink is separate from the actual room where toilet and shower are, this would be my only qualm but that’s how some hotels are around here in Spain which is unfamiliar to me. Great room, nice closet wardrobe space as well for 2 people. Would not recommend if you want quiet hours 24/7. You can hear the plaza when people shout and there’s a clock tower that goes off every hour. I don’t mind that at all, I prefer the louder city vibe but take note if you don’t like that.

Location is amazing big rooms very clean friendly staff only downside was our ac wasn’t working g well so we slept poorly other than that was a pleasant stay

Amazing stay! They delivered pastries and water every single morning which was delightful. The A/C has a minimum temperature of 75 which wasn’t ideal but a great stay regardless.

We only checked in a short while ago and already absolutely love this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was incredibly friendly, positive and welcoming — such a lovely first impression.
Check-in was quick and smooth, and our room is spotless, modern and finished to a very high standard. The bed is so comfortable and having a balcony is an extra bonus!
The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Madrid. I already know I’ll be looking forward to coming back here to relax after a busy day in the city.
The kitchen area with delicious coffee, water, biscuits and fresh fruit is such a lovely touch too.
Definitely already one of my favourite hotels. Highly recommended! ❤️
