The property is located near the main station which is a big plus. The room was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Our host, Valentino was lovely, he gave us proper instructions around the property and also gave us some really good recommendations around Florence. The only thing that I would flag is that if you have accessibility issues this may not be for you as there is no lift however the hotel is located on the first floor so it isn’t that bad. Thank you Valentino, hope to see you in the future!

Immaculately clean, bright and airy rooms.
Perfect location for exploring and the station. Great restaurants very nearby. The owner was very helpful with information when I arrived.
Nothing. It was all good, but if you have mobility issues this is not for you as there are several stairs to negotiate.

It was close to all restaurants and frenzia station
Property was very clean and loved how Valentino explained everything in detail as soon as we arrived there .. wish we could have stayed longer
A lift would be nice ..atleast for the baggage

The property is in a second floor but you need to go up approximate three to four floors.
Valentino recommended a restaurant Trattoria la Gratella it was not great and later on I found out it’s own by the same owners as the RB&B.
