Superb

The location was excellent as I was able to walk to my venue each day and there are ample dining options nearby. I do not eat breakfast or use wifi so cannot comment on those areas. The hosts are lovely people and only too pleased to make the stay even more enjoyable.

A lovely place to stay, great alternative to impersonal hotels\motels!

The continental breakfast was excellent, great variety of cereals\toast with home made poached fruits\muffins etc. Fiona and Trevor are wonderful hosts, warm and welcoming. Position of the property is great, lots of shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to the city.

Airy pleasant accommodation. Lovely breakfast. A short walk away is a small Indian/Sri Lankan restaurant serving truly excellent food.

Better light for reading would be nice.

Lovely property

Fiona and Trevor were so helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Their home is lovely and the room and veranda were great. Their home is near a bus station that made getting around the city very easy. Would highly recommend for anyone traveling to Brisbane.

Lovely overnight stay with friendly hosts.

Fashioned on a Queenslander home with a lovely verandah upstairs and downstairs. Trevor and Fiona are lovely hosts and more than happy to share their knowledge of Brisbane. There is a choice of a continental style breakfast with home made muffins or a cooked breakfast. The property is well situated and a 20 minute bus journey gets you into central Brisbane.

Fiona and Trevor are super friendly hosts, their house is unique, they gave us very useful information for visiting Brisbane and the breakfast was delicious! We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

A very friendly, welcoming place to stay. No hesitation recommending Grove Manor to future guests.

Breakfast was excellent, more than adequate with fresh fruit and muffins each day. The house is a replica of a home from a bygone era with modern facilities; the photos show it well. All rooms have balcony access with seating and a view over a small wooded park. Adequate off road parking. Laundry facilities available. Nothing seemed too much trouble for hosts Fiona and Trevor - we'll be back.

Beautiful home, lovely hosts, great location!

Very comfortable and cozy surroundings in the middle of a suburb, with shopping and eateries within close walking distance. The trees and birds along with the gorgeous house and gracious hosts made our stay just lovely.

Felt welcomed, comfortable and at ease in a lovely home with thoughtful extras to make your stay thoroughly enjoyable. The delightful hosts, Trevor and Fiona really made our stay.

A bit of traffic noise from nearby Stewart Road early morning but ear plugs easily fixed that.

Wonderful stay in beautiful surroundings

We love buildings with character which is what drew us to this one. We couldn’t have been more rewarded. The home was beautiful in all aspects and Trevor and Fiona were the most gracious hosts, happy to have a chat but also giving you your own space. You could not ask or want for any better. The continental breakfast provided was amazing. It’s also close to a shopping centre and transport that will take you right into Brisbane CBD, which avoids the need to find parking - a win for anyone. For us, we were close to the family we were visiting.

Excellent place for a relaxing overnight stay close to most areas in North Brisbane.

Great location, central to where I was going. Excellent facilities with very friendly and helpful owners. The tree lined location had plenty of native wildlife around to sit back and rnjoy watching from the balcony.

Entrance way could be more prominent or come in from the back stree, it comes in from a very busy road.

A hidden gem in the suburbs

Grove Manor was comfortable and relaxed. The owners value their guests and their property and are very welcoming. Breakfasts were beautifully presented and generous; rooms were spacious and clean as were the ensuites. The home offers a beautiful garden area and shady verandahs for reading or rest. Close to all amenities. The owners are very helpful with ideas for restaurants or sightseeing itineraries.

Very comfortable one night stay in a beautiful house in a great location.

Beautifully appointed house that was clean, comfortable and homely. Great location close to shops. Fiona and Trevor were terrific hosts who were friendly and helpful. Fiona even provided us with home cooked macadamia muffins to have on our car trip back to Melbourne.

Fantastic place and fantastic hosts

It was just one of the most relaxing places we have stayed in, relaxed breakfasts or relaxing by the fire at night it was beautiful.

Nothing to complain about.
