We booked Hotel des Galeries at the last minute after our original accommodation let us down and it exceeded all of our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Brussels and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants and bars. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional throughout our stay and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable and full of character. It completely turned our weekend around and we’re so grateful we found it.
Honestly, nothing. We couldn’t fault our stay. Everything from the room and service to the location exceeded our expectations.

location, location and location
I booked duplex room for first time and was not very nice, in this case with narrow stairs.
there is not 24/7 reception staff, lobby hall doesn’t exit and breakfast buffet is very basic (additionally seems this breakfast space uses space of an Italian restaurant that I saw during night walks)
