Very clean but not sterile. Everything had been thought of it seemed!
Slightly unnerving not to have reception / hotel staff visible but I had no problems for which I needed them!

Excellent location. 8 min walk from central station. 2min walk from the gallery.
Rooms came with coffee and tea making facilities, good quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel
Room was a little small but adequate for a couple staying for one or two nights. The online check in/out worked well but may be an issue for others that aren’t as good with mobile checkins

Location is prefect!
Don’t feel secure as there is no staff around,elevator was very slow to operate and also the bathroom top ceiling is the see through style with holes,very weird…make you feel uncomfortable in your own room.
Water power is low.
Lighting is too low.
Be honest, with the price you pay, there is space to improve the quality to guest.
