Bigger rooms than expected for a Japanese hotel.
I had a two twin room. One bed was like sleeping on plywood. The other was fine. Work colleague’s room was the same way. No fitness center. There is one on the hotel map, but it is only for people staying at the “Premier”

Good location in Chiba - accessible to Tokyo. Narrow yet comfortable room. Very close to Kaihinmakuhari station. Lots of shops nearby.
A bit pricey for the size of the room.
