Location was amazing, just outside Pamplona, in a beautiful and peaceful setting. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was especially delicious.
The spa access time was quite limited. Also, swimming caps are required in all of the pools, which we were not aware of in advance and unfortunately did not have with us.

The hotel is very grand in a beautiful setting overlooking the golf course, the city and the surrounding hills. The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony with views.
There were no tea/coffee-making facilities in the room, so you couldn't relax after a long journey with a cup of tea which in a 5 star hotel should have been provided. There were no tissues in the bathroom. The bed sagged in the middle. The LED light from the air conditioning control was so bright it lit up the room at night which made sleeping very difficult.
