Room clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast excellent
Road works terrible (no fault of the hotel) sadly marred our stay.
English breakfast and Earl Grey tea should be provided in room plus milk. Bigger cups, better designed. Also biscuits.
We didn't locate any air con (despite a notice on the wall). Fan far too noisy.

Zurich hotels aren’t cheap and neither is this but it has a great location 7 minutes from the station, one minute from a host restaurants and the river front. For us it was stopover going and coming to Germany and suited us very well. The staff (basically front desk) is wonderful and helpful. They kept two huge suitcases of ours while pranced around Munich and Strasbourg. They deserve all the stars we have given them. Photo shows the buildings on the river front; the hotel is just behind and bridge leads to the railway station
Room sizes vary so take their Urban one. The ones ending in 09 are good. Breakfast was filling but a bit constrained on choices. Not much to complain about.
