Location and staff
The air conditioning doesn’t work properly and September nights feel hot. I brought that up a couple of times with management and was not addressed.
Too much light from appliances and emergency signs make sleeping difficult too.

Location is excellent ! Staff very helpful and friendly, especially Miguel at the reception. He was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Suites are great and spacious.
