The Praktik Vinoteca is a themed hotel with wine bottles lining the walls of the high-ceiling lobby. It is centrally located and within walking distance of Gaudi's Casa Batlló and the Passeig de Gràcia metro station. We stayed only one night, and the highlight was sitting in the comfortable leather chairs in the lobby drinking a complimentary glass of delicious cava, which we promptly followed by purchasing more.
The room was by the dining area on the first floor, was very small, and did not have a fridge, which seems essential in the heat of Summer. It felt like we were given one of the least wanted rooms in the hotel, and did not feel like good value for the money.
