The hotel is very affordable for the area, and the room was relatively small, but we were aware of that. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and very central, about a 15-minute walk to Shinjuku Station. It’s a 10-minute walk straight into the center of Shinjuku, with many shops, restaurants, and plenty of life.

Nice and warm service from the staff.
14 min walk from the nearest subway station. The bed and pillows were slightly too hard for me and my partner. Noisy neighbours in the corridor.
