Amazing location, staff were great and it was very comfortable

The view was great, bed was comfortable. Very clean and the staff were lovely. Spoke enough English for me to get by, they also used google translate or a machine that helped with translation when needed. They helped me fill out everything I needed for luggage delivery as well. Can’t recommend the location enough. 15 minute walk into Shinjuku with a bus stop right out the front. Breakfast was great, lots of options!

I wish there was a second pillow, but that’s the only thing.

Good hotel with 1km+ walk from centre of Shinjuku. Worry-free about operation time of public transpo

Free breakfast is the thing I like the most. The breakfast prepared by the hotel is so yummy! variety of food option including western & Asian style breakfast (with rice)

cleanliness of the carpet in the room. we can feel the floor is dusty with bare foot. however the hotel does provide slipper, appreciate for that

Clean, comfy and great location.

This business hotel is functional and has all the necessary amenities. My room was very comfortable and clean. The workers at the reception desk were very nice and helpful. I really loved the location and the cleanness of this hotel. Shinjuku railway station is just 15 minutes walking and there are a lot of shops, restaurants and things to enjoy around. This neighbourhood is one of my favorites in Tokyo.

The breakfast buffet didn't have any vegan options and I could only have tea or coffee. It wasn't worth it.

The staff was kind and the location was good enough. The breakfast was also quite pleasant.

Convenient Inn near Shinjuku station

Location is convenient, self service laundry, included breakfast, luggage storage.

Tight room & bathroom., But it is expected of Tokyo inn at the price level and location.

Great breakfast included in the stay! The Lawson right downstairs was also very convenient

Not the closest to the station so not the easiest to get to carrying lots of luggage. At least Shinjuku station is easily connected.

Great location, clean, amazing value for money

The hotel's location really can't be beaten at this price point, at just over a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku station, you have access to the rest of the city. The free breakfast was surprisingly good, and if you weren't feeling the hotel breakfast, the Lawson underneath the hotel was very handy. The room was clean and staff were extremely friendly. It doesn't have many added bonuses beyond that, but they did the simple stuff perfectly, making at a steal by Tokyo standards.

The only thing I could say is the size of the room leaves a little to be desired. I stayed in a twin room and there was just enough room in the corridor for one of us at a time to open our suitcases. But this was to be expected from a Japanese business hotel, and it was not a deterrent to the rest of the great things about this hotel.

Breakfast was provided which is good! Convenient store "LAWSON" is just right below the lobby so it's convenient

the room is small and tight. There's quite a long walk from shinjuku station, if u are not a walker, then best u take a taxi from shinjuku station

Excellent choice to get close to business and corporate buildings nearly.

I had a view of the street and the elevators were fast

Rock hard bed but didn't matter much as I was drinking so sleep was easy.

Excellent place to stay if you’re exploring downtown Tokyo

Super clean, great location downtown with a convenience store exactly below the hotel. The staff was super polite and helpful, housekeeping does a great job, and having a coin laundry with all-in-one washer-dryers in the hotel was fantastic.

The TV just shows normal lousy Japanese programming. Like all hotels in Japan, you can’t see any normal movies or anything unless pay. Also, room is quite small, and the desk has quite a lot of clutter so it’s not really a good place to work if you’re trying to work on the road.
