Tastefully done up rooms, comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Exchanged our double for two twins without problem and at no extra charge. Nice old English pub.

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice separate block for the rooms so away from the pub. Comfy bed, plenty of tea & coffee, decent shower. Cheap compared to other local options. Nice beer garden!
A bit tired and shabby: loose fittings, the bathroom door was very hard to shut - plus the linen smelled like chip fat :(

Location and dinner were both very good
The room. After check in and finding there was no fan in the room, we requested for a fan in the room from the reception area in the bar. The lady advised she had none at the hotel. Due to the very hot weather we would have expected to have a fan in the room.
