Location, rooms, dining facilities, staff.
The split between the hotel and Coppa Club took some getting used to.
Apart from the towel rail, there was no obvious form of heating. There were two Dyson tower fans, but couldn't see any remotes to operate them. They may have been there, but I didn't need heating or fans, so didn't look very far.

Overpriced. Even had to pay extra for a second cup of coffee at breakfast and the main course was cold. Obviously sitting in the kitchen before being brought to the table. Dinner was fine.
Hamper in the room full of expensive bottles of wine, crisps etc. Fridge the same. No drawers to unpack clothes into.
