Staff very helpful with luggage storage and early exit with bicycle.
Check in connectivity initially difficult as e-mail check in not received - had to buzz hotel to get in as desk not manned at that moment!

great location by the river and a fairly short walk over the Thames to Putney Bridge Station.
Breakfast is plentiful at this place and good quality.
Didn’t like the WhatsApp check-in as I couldn’t get it in English, only German. There is a screen outside to check-in, in English, but I have 5 pairs of glasses and I couldn’t be bothered to unpack the right pair 😂😂😂

The location was great. The rooms were clean.
The breakfast choices were quite limited. We booked several rooms for a family wedding and were charged retrospectively for parking one car. As no-one asked us to pay as we left we thought it was given as a gratuity.
