Our room was beautiful with an amazingly comfortable bed... kitchenette was well equipped. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely and helpful.
The stairs :) but it's worth it and there are plenty of offers of help!

Exceptional welcome, attention to detail and professionalism from the minute we arrived.
I believe it was Diana who welcomed us.
The room was excellent, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed.
The Happy Anniversary detail was amazing.
Everything about the hotel was superb.
The welcome made it though and that is why I have scored this rating 10/10.
Exceptional and thank you.
Perhaps breakfast could have finished at 10:00am but it was no issue.
