Breakfast was ok but would have liked more vegetarian options.
Although the beds were comfy, they were on the small side. Should have been at least king size.

Louis at the reception greeted us with professionalism which set the tone for our stay. It was difficult to find an affordable hotel room for multiple nights in London for 4 days but we felt at home at this Holiday Inn Express. Louis helped us with all of the questions/requests that we asked.
The woman’s bathroom on the ground floor made my wife feel uncomfortable with what not thrown in the trash/toilet.

The room size was good, nice bed, near an overground station.
We were told the air conditioning was not working due to repairs however it hasn't worked for the last year according to reviews on Google pretty silly to lie when the truth is easy to find. The TV didn't have proper channels so I had to watch football highlights on my phone.
The breakfast was poor & badly organised. Pitbull made me think the holiday inn was going to be something to sing about.
