Huoneistoa ei ollut siivottu lainkaan ja sängyt oli petaamatta. Lattialämmitys oli aivan liian kuumalla eikä sitä voinut säätää. Porealtaan vesi oli liian kuumaa emmekä tienneet miten sitä säädetään.

Großartig gelegen und sehr komfortabel in der Ausstattung! Mit 4 Zimmern und 8 Betten - für Gruppen gilt zu beachten, dass ein Bad/Toilette nur über ein Schlafzimmer zu erreichen ist. Die Küche bestens ausgestattet - und Hotpot + Sauna direkt vor der Tür sind fantastisch, für uns mit Blick auf großartige Polarlichter. Wichtig zu wissen: Die Haustür öffnet sich nur mit Code, den sollte man also auch bei kleinen Ausflügen immer im Kopf oder anderweitig parat haben. Hierher komme ich sehr gern wieder!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was convenient, close to various attractions and restaurants, which made our outings easy.
The house was well-equipped with plenty of dishes and cookware, allowing us to prepare our meals without any hassle. We appreciated the sauna and hot tub, which provided some nice relaxation once we figured them out.
The living area was comfortable and spacious, offering ample seating for our group to spend time together. The beds are comfortable despite the few pillows. The views were also quite nice.
When we first arrived, the hot tub was set to 46°C and was unusable. After contacting the host, we managed to troubleshoot the issue and lower the temperature. Despite this, we experienced continuous problems with the hot tub and had to reset it every few hours.
Another issue we encountered was with the window in the bunk room, which leaked significantly during two days of rain. Unfortunately, this caused water to pool on the floor, making the room unusable. Additionally, we found that there were only two pillows for each bed, which felt a bit lacking for comfort.

A wonderful property - great location, lovely exterior design, excellent features and facilities, cosy interior and comfy beds. Ideal for a group holiday and a comfortable space for both res visiting a wide range of Icelandic destinations and relaxing at home watching the northern lights through the large north-facing window.
The only challenge we encountered was with the hot tub temperature - the host was helpful, communicative and did all that he could to help.
