Great spacious room stand alone building with own terrace/balcony and gate for access
Lovely having the terrace area for snacks and breakfast.
The overall standard of cleanliness was great, the linen was clean and fresh and great having hand and body towels.
The host was lovely and always helpful, we used her laundry service as well which was very good.
The bed was comfortable and a bonus having the mosquito net above.
The A/C worked well and the Wi-Fi was good apart from an occasional drop off or two.
The bathroom was large, toiletries were provided and the shower was hot.
The location is central however it is 5 min walk down a dirt road with a very steep hill- just to be mindful of. It is very dark at night but okay to walk with flashlights on the phone.
The dogs along the road do bark and I was scared a couple of times walking back at night with them but none ever chased us.
There were large ants that came out at night, the place was clean and not the hosts fault I imagine they’re everywhere in the area but maybe some bug spray left in the room would be helpful.
The Toliet was coming away from the wall so felt unstable when sitting on or off it- it would be an easy fix.

Excellent location for quiet stay whilst in Ella but so near to everything. Large spacious room. Comfortable bed.

The host and hostess were friendly and helpful. They provided me a number for their neighbor for Tuk Tuk service.
The room was quite large as was the bathroom area
It’s close to a restaurant/hotel with a beautiful view (The Belmont). 2 minutes walk.
It seems at first arrival far to town but really only about 8 minutes walk to the White Rabbit — a very good restaurant and bar near the center.
The shower was a bit cold but it was warm in Ella when I visited
A waste basket would be nice in the room.
