Bathroom grubby in need of deep clean. Shower was disgusting dirt and mould.
Despite being told after hours access to room applied from 11pm, I was locked out at 10.30. This tells me staff couldn't care less.
Ordered pie and pint where a £15 offer applied,but was charged £22.50. Whrn I queried this,was told I chose wrong beer? Why wasn't 'right' beer advised to me. Again tells staff couldn't care less.
Several attempts were made by phone and email to enquire about parking provision. No reply. Staff member had to move car to allow me access.
