Everything! The staff were lovely and the rooms/property were absolutely immaculate - clean and beautifully decorated! Spacious but cosy.
It would be nice to have breakfast on-site.
Unfortunately they had been subject to a data hack and I received scam texts afterwards. I appreciate this can happen to anyone.

The member of staff who greeted us was really friendly, welcoming and explained things well.
Our room was clean, cozy, nicely decorated and well furnished, it was nice having the bottles of water and hot drinks sachets for hot chocolates provided.
We had a twin room and the beds were really comfy and the room was spacious.
The area was good with all sorts of different shops within walking distance.
Would definately stay here again!
We heard someones tv from the room across from us as still on as we were going to bed which was a bit annoying but we did manage to fall asleep ok.

Beautiful and stylish room with a very comfortable bed. Lovely walk in shower with good toiletries. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. A warn welcome from Louise and her staff were very helpful and friendly. Good free parking.

Just could have done with a shelf in the bathroom for soap toothpaste and brushes etc
And a bigger bin in bedroom
