Great location in the centre with all facilities in proximity but quiet because it is located on the third floor. Metro is only 1 minute walk. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people. Airconditioning works great, even in summer. The dishwasher and washing machine were a bonus during the stay. All together i would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and stay here again!
Be aware that there is no self check-in and a late check-in fee up to €30. We needed to sign a 2 page rental contract at arrival. Cleaning staff rang the doorbell at 9.30h while the check-out was at 11.00h.

The apartment was very spacious, much bigger than we expected.
Well appointed kitchen and spacious bathroom.
It has an elevator which was excellent to get us and luggage to the 3rd floor.
The location in the Gothic quarter was superb, walking the alleyways was fun to explore and get lots of great photos.
We would stay there again if we were to travel to Barcelona.
There was nothing we didn’t like, apart from leaving.
