Located in San Francisco, this lovely house for $533 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Beautiful, Large Furnished Single Family Home, just two blocks from Golden Gate Park. Property is conveniently located within walking distance to public transportation, schools, shopping, and lots of restaurants on Geary Blvd. Walking distance to Museum of Science, De Young Museum, Japanese Garden, Conservatory of Flowers. Short drive to downtown-financial district, the beach, San Francisco Zoo, UCSF Hospital, Saint Mary Hospital. The single family home is fully furnished with brand new quality wood furniture, brand new wool rugs, new paintings, new towels, sheets ,comforters, and blankets. New 4K LG Smart TV's. Newly refinished hardwood floors, new interior painting, large newly painted deck with outdoor sofa and side tables, great for entertaining. Fully landscaped yard with fruit trees. The house is a single family home on three levels. Accommodation is provided on two levels of the property. Owner occupies the lower level of the property with separate access to the property. Upper level has 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with Jacuzzi Tubs, including Master Suite with Office. Master bedroom has a king size bed, two of the bedrooms have a queen size bed, and one bedroom has a full size bed. 4 Large closets in all 4 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a walk in large closet. City views from master bedroom suite, and one other bedroom located on the upper level. The main level of the house has living room with gas fireplace, dining room, kitchen, family room with access to a large deck great for entertaining, and fully landscaped yard with fruit trees. Complete stocked kitchen, Viking appliances, wet bar, built-in wine rack, and ample granite counters. 1/2 bath located on the main level. Pantry with shelves, and half closet located on the main level. Washer and dryer located on the garage. Abundance of natural light, hardwood floors throughout the house, high ceilings, crown molding. Two blocks to Golden Gate Park, very walkable, walking score 88,excellent transit, walking distance to bus 31 and 31 express,bus 5,bus 38, and 38 express, and many more. One car parking spot provided in the driveway free of charge. Second parking spot may be provided upon request with owners at the time of booking for a fee. Street parking also available. For security purpose, the property is equipped with two outdoor security cameras, one located on the door bell, and one located above garage door. Guests that are not part of the reservation, are not allowed on the property. If our house rules are broken, owners have a right to talk with the strangers not part of the reservation through outdoor security cameras, when seen by security camera in front of the property, and call authorities if they trying to get in the property. If guests staying at the property would like to have a family member come over one time to visit them during their stay at the property, they have to notify the owners to request approval at the time of booking. We will be happy to discuss guests requests on a case by case basis.

The property looks nice in the photos and is clean. Both showers need shower curtains. Water pours onto the floors and must be sopped up with towels. The “splash guards” are ineffective to keep this from happening. One bedroom was suffocatingly hot (the front bedroom). The washing machine and dryer are in the garage so you have to exit the house to go there. The host furnishes one key for the front door and one for the garage door. We arrived to check in after dark to a dark front entrance with no lights on. It was difficult to manage getting the keys out of the security box while trying to hold a flashlight. A security code entrance would be much better. Also, we had six adults staying at the place and only one set of keys. The most frustrating part was the host would not give us the information necessary to use the rental until we had provided to her copies of all of our drivers licenses. I did not feel comfortable doing this and she called me disrespectful for asserting that I did not want to provide them. She would not relent from this requirement. It was not just my drivers license that she wanted. It was everyone who would be staying there. I would never rent this place again!

Very positive experience. Modern, immaculate, love the location. Parking in the neighborhood is difficult, so driveway space was a bonus. Check in was cumbersome, but overall a very good stay. Would consider it again.

House was very nice, but couldn’t use master bedroom shower. It was warm outside and the AC didn’t cool well. Also , for 4 people, the frying pans are small and worn . It was not easy making breakfast

The location could not be better with Golden Gate Park a 20 minute walk away. The house is beautiful and sleeping accommodations were very comfortable. We would stay here again.

This house was absolutely spotless! The kitchen has everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with the owner was great - she was very responsive. This is a beautiful home that has recently been remodeled and you can tell that the owner put a lot of thought into the design. For those worried about all the "rules" - they are simply there to remind us to treat the home with care & to inform of certain nuances that we needed to be aware of. We had a wonderful stay.

Huge house in the Richmond with parking
Lovely large house in the Richmond with Parking! 3 blocks from Fulton playground. Lots of pedestrian streets closed to through traffic make this a lovely neighborhood. The neighbors tend to park really close to the driveway so it was a tight fit for our large SUV (4Runner). We love the restaurants in the neighborhood (Dragon Beaux Dim Sum, boba, pizzetta). The rule are a bit cumbersome (no guest policy, having to send Photos of ID) but the owner is very responsive. We would definitely book again.

Everything was as we expected. The homeowner has stringent rules for visitors, but with good communication and respect for their terms, everything turned out great. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room area and the home overall was top notch.
