Located in Scottsdale, this lovely house for $703 per night is a great option for your next trip. Villa Moderna is a beautiful home located in Central Scottsdale. This seven-bedroom home was remodeled and is now available for family vacation. We have blazing fast GIG-speed Internet for this home, perfect for your workcation. The outdoor space features a brand-new pool and built-in hot tub. With a swim-up bar area and water slide, everyone will enjoy soaking up the sun while playing in the pool. Enjoy the spacious kitchen while preparing your favorite meals. Open the doors to the outside to extend the kitchen to the grill area. Easily entertain all your family with this open floor plan. Bedroom 1: King Bedroom ensuite with a walk-in closet. The master bath offers a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with walk-in closet. Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with walk-in closet Bedroom 4: Queen Bed. Bedrooms 2-4 share a full-size bathroom in a hallway - with a double sink vanity and shower/tub combo. Bedroom 5 King Bedroom with attached bathroom that also leads to hallway. Bedroom 6: Full Bed Bedroom 7: Twin over Full Bunk Bedrooms 5-7 share a full-size bathroom - with a private toilet room and shower/tub combo. Pool heat is a separate charge and is applied to the entire stay. Please specify if you would like this added when booking so we can schedule it for your stay. There is a charge for early check-in and late check-out. This has to be approved by management first. Upon booking, we require all our guests to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply would mean cancellation of your reservation. Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents. Per city ordinance, we have noise-aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. TRANSACTION PRIVILEGE AND USE TAX LICENSE: 21328747 City Of Scottsdale License: 2023933 FAQ’s Q. How far is the home from Old Town? A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is in the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15 to 20-minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in the Old Town area are condos or resort-style hotels. Q. How far is the home from the Airport? A. Most people fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor. This is about 20 to 30 minutes from most locations in Scottsdale. If you fly privately into Scottsdale Airport, you are only about 10 minutes away. Q. How does the pool heat work? A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. This does not mean the pool maintains that temperature during the colder season. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay. Q. Are there restaurants nearby? A. Yes, Scottsdale is a big city and There are numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping all around within a short distance. Q. Early check-in or late check-out? A. Check-in and out time is set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to prepare the house for the next guest. If you request either an early check-in or late check-out, fees may apply. Check-in time is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. We require a Damage Deposit of $1000 for all local guests. This will be released after check-out, provided there are no damages that the renter is liable for.

Our 4 families from Montana spent Christmas at this wonderful house and had a blast! The house was very clean and well stocked with whatever we needed. We spent most of our time out in the pool and hot tub. What a fantastic back yard!! Absolutely loved it!!!

Our group of15 aged 5-72 had a wonderful 5 day stay. We thought we could have used an extra bathroom being there are 7 bedrooms and one of the bathrooms is within the master suite. We loved the pool, but could have used more pool instructions and more frequent pool service. We had to call for pool service since the pool got very cloudy and needed the bottom vacuumed. Two different sets of trash day instructions for trash day pickup were confusing. But please know that the property is lovely and we loved the location and all had a great vacation together coming to us living in AZ from Michigan and Missouri.

Property was fun, beautiful and spacious for our group of 13. The only downfall was once the floor was wet inside the house and around the pool it was slippery !!
I recommend bringing rugs for the walkway or extra towels for the floor. Overall would def recommend.

Hello everyone
I'm not much of a reviewer but because of the experience my family and I had i am trying this.
Very beautiful location too start off with. My family and I always have a trip yearly on memorial weekend always in Arizona. This year we stayed in this home and were very excited. We are from California so we were ho estoy 40 min before check in asked if it was okay too check in wasn't allowed I understood. We enter the home very lovely. Outside was the issue the pool wasn't cleaned the bar area was full of leafs and grill was just scrapped down with the metal tool that cleans the grill plus we were left with all the tools too clean the grill also dirty. TV at the bar area didn't work turned on but it would turn back off. The fridge did not work all Friday from check in untill Saturday morning so all our ice cream was melted and our drinks were never cold. Till Saturday mid day the fridge randomly starts too work I contacted the home owners or managers they told us it's because we filled it and if it wasn't working the next day too let them know about it. The showers only had hot and I mean steaming hot water it was around 110-115f hot so you'd enjoy a cold shower but we didn't have that. Also for the price we payed (which was more then we've payed in the prior years also because the biggest one we've rented was only 5 rooms this one was 7) we expected to enjoy our time there. Quiet hours were posted and understood they're from 8am-10pm. I was getting messages with warnings of it being loud at 7pm so it frustrated me because we were now taken our happy and enjoyable atmosphere. We were then sent another message 4 minutes after the first one saying that if we didn't understand we would be thrown out. Also we figured something like this would or has happened because upon arrival neighbors have signs expressing how there "Homes not Hotels".
Overall wasn't our best experience and it would be nice too have someone greet you and show you how everything works instead of a binder. Like I explained I don't like leaving bad reviews because a business is a business but as a business owner myself the number one rule is the client is always right. And too make sure they're always happy. I just hope the next travelers have a better experience.

Great spot
Overall the stay was great, house was perfect for our golf group. The only downside is like other reviews we had a lot of issues with the outdoor tv, unfortunate because we were really hoping to use it for watching sports while relaxing in the pool. Which was a great setup at least! Other then that it was a great stay.

This house was perfect for our stay, we had our family and a few friends stay with us. The outdoor space was great! Great Stay for a large group
Overall this house was perfect for the group of 10 of us who came! The pool and outdoor area is exactly as pictured and there were even extra floaties for us to use. My only complaint was that there were only two extra garbage bags for us. I had read reviews that we would need to buy additional paper towels/toilet paper, but hadn't realized there wouldn't be additional garbage bags. For a group of 10 of us, we went through a lot of recycling.

Arrival to the house was great. We paid extra for the house to be stocked with groceries before we arrived and check-in went smoothly. The inside of the house was clean and tidy. The backyard/pool area of the house however had some opportunities. It seems like the cleaning was focused inside as we found trash (beer cans and bottle tops, chew bags, half eaten food, used bandaids and chewed gum) around the area. We let the property know that we picked up the trash and asked if they could come out to "shock" the pool because it seemed pretty dirty & cloudy. They responded back right away apologizing and said they would come the next day but never did. The next morning we found that the ice maker and water in the fridge door was broken, the coffee maker was broken and the can opener was broken so we had to make other arrangements. After being charged for the groceries, we also asked for an itemized receipt (since the amount seemed a little higher than we expected) and the property declined to give us a copy.
Overall - we didn't let the trash and broken items ruin our weekend and the weather couldn't have been better so we enjoyed our time in the pool and the space that the house provided. The house is great for a large group of people, as it had many rooms and bathrooms to share so we were happy about that. We just were disappointed with the amount of money we paid and the broken items and the lack of cleanliness where we wanted to spend the most of our time, by the pool.

Our group of 15 all had a fantastic stay at this property. Great space, comfy beds, and a quick drive to/from the airport. One thing to note is the neighborhood noise ordinance that starts at 10pm. We had no issues, but we also strictly abided to the rule. If you have a larger group, be sure to buy or bring extra toilet paper and garbage bags as the house is only minimally equipped with both.
