I was very impressed at check in of the help since it was our first time at the hotel.
The only choice for parking was in and out valet, and we weren't using our car while there. I thought that was overpriced for what we got.

The staff at the door were incredible.
Needs chairs at the front doors. Older people need to sit while waiting for a car/uber.

Location and cleanliness
Issues with checking out and what was included in the price of our stay. Valet staff had a unpleasant attitude

The pool and view and drinks.
Paid extra for a “king corner room”. Upon arriving was told those were noisey and too low to the street level. They DOWNGRADED our room and gave no compensation for the change. Booking.com is clues about the hotel and the property.
