We liked the staff, very helpful and personable (Bruce-concierge, Maria-housekeeping, Nathany, Mike and Miro-corner restaurant). The food was very good, with one exception; otherwise it would've been exceptional.
We had our 46th anniversary dinner at Dean's. Our server was mostly absent during our visit except to take our order and bring the check.; never refreshed our water or delivered on our request for more bread. The food came late and it was cold. We didn't complain because we wanted nothing to ruin our evening. Everyone is entitled to have a bad day, to bad it was while taking care of us.

The location was very central and convenient and walkable during our stay.
The rooms are not very sound proof so you can hear all of the street sounds at night. The sheets are also extremely thin and the AC unit was pretty loud in our room. Additionally they charge you a $25 destination fee that you cannot waive on top of your stay and it can only be used at select restaurants if you choose. Valet parking cost $70 per DAY so our 2 night stay yielded an additional parking cost of $210 since there are no parking lots in the area for self parking.
