Stocked kitchen, private laundry, and smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. One flight of stairs to this 2nd floor condo. The Space: Entire Condo Other Things to Note: Parking: You may park for free in the parking lot located on the North side of the building. It is first-come-first-serve. If you have extra vehicles, you may use the adjacent Old Town Parking Garage which is $1/hour with a $10/max per day and allows for overnights. Interaction with Guests: This condo is set up for self check-ins with a smartlock code provided upon booking. We are available by text or phone for questions.

We absolutely loved the location of the condo! It’s walking distance to so many great places! The parking lot is small for the condo and is first come first serve. The parking garage is $25/day if you cannot snag a parking spot so that was somewhat of a bummer. Recommendation—full length mirror and more than one mirror! 3 of us girls need more than one mirror to get ready for nights out! :) thanks for having us!

Neat condo very conveniently located to downtown and walking distance to pretty much everything. Cleanly living situation that includes the basics. If you will be utilizing the pull out sofa, make sure to specify that you will need a blanket and pillows because they were not there for us to use, only a sheet set was provided. Also, you may want to ask for extra towels being that only 4 r provided and it is a beach city where you may want more.

Condo was exactly as pictured and described. Very well within walking distance of Front Street and local places to eat and shop. Would definitely recommend staying here for any trip to Traverse City.

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. The condo is clean, light, and airy, the bed and linens very comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped to prepare “at home” meals, and we had no trouble with onsite parking. Towels, linens, toiletries, coffee, tea, and creamer were all provided. The location is really convenient. A pleasant, 15-minute walk will take you through quaint Victorian neighborhoods to the shore and downtown Traverse City and Old Town, where you will find many shops, boutiques, a movie house, restaurants, breweries, distilleries, and dispensaries. The Rare Bird Brewery is outside the back door; we enjoyed local craft beer and good meals there. Traverse City is bike friendly. The TART trail provides an easy ride along the shoreline and throughout the area. Downtown streets are lined for bike lanes. We rented e-bikes from Brick Wheels Bike Shop--down the same street from where the condo sits. They have reasonable rates, great staff, and their shop sits on the trail.

This place is immaculate and in a great location to get to all of the fun. My boyfriend and I came for just a small weekend getaway and it was the perfect place. It had everything we needed and the location was in the heart of down town to get to all the great spots easily. I would highly recommend this place.

Unit was beautiful and in a perfect location. Only downside is communication with the host, they took more than 3-4 days to respond or at times didn’t respond at all. Overall great experience though.

This little gem is clean, modern, attractively furnished and in a great location. It is less than a ten minute walk to Front St. and a few minutes’ drive to Grand Traverse Commons. There is a great restaurant with a full bar and reasonable prices a block away. We also discovered a grocery store about a mile away. This small condo is fully furnished with just about everything you would need and the king size bed is very comfortable. Four adults might feel a little crowded in this space but it was perfect for the two of us. Parking was not a problem. There were spaces available every day of our stay. Our only negative: the cleaning crew used an industrial strength cleaner/disinfectant on the floors and the odor was overwhelming to the point of stinging eyes and headaches. We placed the wet mop out on the balcony for the duration of our stay which helped but the heavy odor lingered. If you are sensitive to heavily scented cleaning products, you may want to request that the cleaners use only water on the floors.

The unit itself is new and clean. However, there was no personality or little things which make the apartment feel like home. No binder with instructions on tv, a/c, local sights, etc. The unit felt very corporate and without soul.

Not only was the location walkable to everything that we wanted to do in downtown Traverse City, it was amazingly clean, cozy and had all the amenities we needed. It was a perfect weekend getaway for my husband and I. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!!

I arrived at the property an half an hour early asking can I make an early entry for bathroom purposes but I received no reply so I waited patiently as we approached our room at the correct Check-in time I heard the vacuum cleaner and talking come to find out my rental property was NOT ready ! So I sent an email hoping someone would respond right away but no such luck and when the property manager finally did reply, I told him if the situation he gave me a whole story of how the previous renters put too many things in the washer causing the delay but I’m left wondering why isn’t there enough time in between renters for a proper cleaning seeing as though there are Covid issues!! Not only that I had to get my own towels out of the dryer because the cleaners weren’t done but I was just ready for them to go! The rental property manager was supposed to stop by but never did!

The condo was very neat and clean. It had everything we needed and was in walking distance from lots of stores and restaurants. The only negative thing I can think of is that there was not enough parking spots. We had to part down the street every night and walk.

Clean, updated, great location, would rent again. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the bathroom door doesnt shut all the way. Looks like the hinges were installed incorrectly but for 2 people it really didnt bother us.

This was in a great location - so close to small bars and restaurants! And also easy driving distance to other spots outside of downtown. We had 4 friends staying together here and fit well between the bedroom and pullout sofa. It was clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable. The first day the parking lot was full, so we paid to park in the garage next door, but after that were able to get a parking lot spot. Very easy to communicate the host, and instructions for check in and check out were clearly communicated.
