Good place to stay and close to Downtown.

The room was nice and well equipped. The host provided precise and valuable information to made our stay better.

The place is under construction, with lot of works started. We can not use the gym and other facilities in a full manner.

OK but very frustrated about the gym.

Very clean, great appliancies, linen, towels etc. Good aircon.

The advertised gym was non-existent. apparently being refurbished but if I’d known I would not have booked.

Room good but garage instructions poor and presence of all the homeless off putting

The facilities in the unit were great plenty of room. Being able to cast to tv was good. Often say you can but can’t or impossible to work out.

There were a lot of homeless all round on the streets nearby. Did not feel safe outside. Instructions were non existent for parking where it was or how to use fobs at the front door. The big square label as well what we need this for. Outer corridor smelt pretty bad unpleasant smell could not place it. Inside unit ok.

convenient and served the purpose but don’t expect too much

is quite noise and there are lots of homeless people in the area. there is a pungent horrific smell because of aroma diffusers all over the place.

the apartment was clean, well stocked and convenient if you in town in business it’s great for leisure it was okay.

once in the apartment it was very nice. the location was great if you needed to hope one the expressway however it was not the nicest area to walk around.

I might upgrade the bed

Modern apartment with a lot of potential. Poor cleanliness. Next to homeless shelter and encampment.

The bed is huge and very comfortable. The room is modern and has a washer and dryer in the unit. it has secured underground parking basement. Units has electronic lock so everyone in your party doesn’t need the key.

The cleaning staff didn’t change the bed sheets and towels. On the bed sheets there were pubic hairs, and other dirt. the pillow case and towels had huge dirt stain. There’s no-one in the building that could help and we needed to wait for the next day. We were told we could use the fresh sheets in the closet but they were meant for sofa bed (the bed size in the bedroom is king). When the cleaning staff came to change bed sheets, they literally just changed the sheets and didn’t even bother to make the bed nicely. The cooking utensils are half melted. The property is next to homeless shelters and encampments so there are homeless people walking around the property all hours of the day. We didn’t feel safe walking around at night.

Would stay here again

Modern, clean spacious apartment in a quiet building. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Small gym that had free weights and some machines, plus cardio equipment. The building has a garage so great for travellers who don't want to park on the street. The bed was super, super comfy. And having a washer and dryer is great.

The shower was very small. That's all I can think of.

Apartment did not contain a desk as announced. Property management unhelpful will with the beeping of a kitchen applicance which had to be resolved by the guest by turning all fuses off. Communication with property management was ok, however completely useless in the end for resolving the open issues.

Ok location. Building was very well secured. Secure parking garage.

Bad was very uncomfortable. Check in process was not smooth and easy. Had to call to get the email with the instructions. The room and building were not clean. Was not worth the price paid.

It felt extremely safe and it was very clean. Location was in great proximity to downtown restaurants!

Never start at Kasa again

Walking distance to vivant arena. The locked garage and general security of the site. The answering service, that lady was very helpful, empathetic and was on our side, great customer service.

Across the street from a homeless park. We were sent the wrong access code for the front door, it took about 15 minutes to gain entry. Had to call 3 times to get the hot water fixed properly. No hot water on the second day, I cycled the on/off switch at the heater so the tank worked for a short time. While we were out the repairman came and decided nothing was wrong because there was hot water for that short time, however I had told the answering service what I had done to restore the heater. Next morning we ran out of hot water again, called nothing was done because the repairman said nothing was wrong on his previous visit Called again around 3 and the very helpful lady convinced the repairman to check again, he arrived around 6, after my cold shower before the AJ concert. This time he replaced the vapor sensor and we had hot water the rest of the stay. So we had hot water for half of our stay, thanks.
