This warmly decorated vacation getaway is located at Sundestin on the beach in Destin, Fl; featuring tile flooring throughout the unit excluding the main bedroom. Watch the people playing in the Gulf of Mexico from your beachfront private balcony by walking through the balcony door located in the living room. Other unique features included in the rental unit are modernized countertops, full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, so you can cook your favorite meal and watch the waves roll in. The dining table has comfortable seating for up to four people for any card game/board game or dining. Make sure that you bring your CDs to get full use of the CD stereo player that has been placed inside the unit. Watch TV on the TVs provided so that you don't get sunburned or watch a DVD on either of the two DVD players. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2024. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The view from 503 at Sundestin was great. We saw several pods of dolphins. There was a great supply of towels. The mattress on the sofa lacked a lot. There were very limited dishes. Only two bowls and no potholders. The location was great and the amenities were great as well. The built in bar on the deck was enjoyable to eat at and play games. Overall I would stay again. Thank you for the great trip.

Condo was okay, but needed some TLC, especially in the bathrooms. Several problems - specifically the tub not draining properly, vent cover missing in the half bath, light bulbs blown in fixtures in bathroom and dining room. Very disappointing that you could not sit anywhere on the beach, without renting the resort's beach chairs and umbrellas. I do not recall that being mentioned in the amenities, but I will need to review the policies once again. Now that we know, we will not be staying at this resort again. Felt like we were being told where you can sit on the beach and what umbrella you had to use. Very sad and not enjoyable.

Overall we were highly unimpressed with this unit. Have stayed at other units in this Resort and this one was definitely in the worst condition. Major Wi-Fi issues. Wi-Fi only worked in the living room and dining area, not in the bedroom or bathroom. Bathtub would hardly drain. Ceiling fan covers missing or falling off. Bed quite uncomfortable. Overall, just a unit that needs a lot of work and tlc. There are plenty other units at the resort that are in much better condition. I would avoid this one.

Location and View were good. Tub would not drain. Dining Table was not stable. Ironing board would not extend up or down. Towels were very rough. Beach umbrella and chairs did not come with the condo. No hair dryer. AC vent cover in bathroom was missing and there were lights out. Electrical panel door in hallway would not close.

Only one complaint, the second toilet was broken. I loved the location, the pool options, hot tub and most importantly, the beach. My toddler stayed busy and happy the entire time. We will be back.

Positives: The location was perfect, the view was phenomenal, and the price was right. We loved that there were two bathrooms. The bed was comfy. Negatives: We were bummed to find the pull-out couch unfit to sleep on. The couch itself probably could have been slept on. There was a funky smell to the room upon check-in, which lingered throughout our stay. We were shocked that there was no hair dryer, salt & pepper, or blankets for the pull-out couch (only thin sheets). Our positives outweighed our negatives on this trip, and knowing what I know now, I would return again (maybe a bit more prepared).

Needs some updating, but comfortable. Need a new shower liner because there is pink mold on the bottom. Need to replace glass top for the dining table, or remove e the silicone spacers. Replace the covered frying pan because the handle is nearly falling off.

The beautiful view from our balcony was outstanding. Very nice patio furniture and comfortable bed. Check in was easy and the Vasca group was very responsive to our questions and concerns.

Mouse droppings reported and never received any communication from vacasa (unless I called) and local management group never followed up. Kitchen lacked supplies.. but ok as we didn’t use any of the cupboard items due to the mouse droppings. Beach and view were outstanding.

There was a mouse who was very loud and smart. We never saw him, but he ruined a bag of cashews and made a lot of noise. We actually thought there was an actual intruder at first. Droppings under sink.

Spoke to 4 different individuals in the management and leasing company and was completely blown off. Worst experience my wife and I have ever had traveling.

There were some issues with our stay. First of all There were NO blankets for the couch bed. I had to go buy one. There were regular missing staples for the kitchen. Meaning, salt/pepper, coffee, coffee filters and cooking spray etc should be something that stays in the room. You can not expect someone to travel with all of that. I strongly believe that the room could have been better supplied. I even tried calling the front desk for a blanket and they told me they couldn't provide it.

Other than checking in, we wanted a little earlier check in and the people at the front desk were not able to help us, we had an amazing stay! The place was absolutely beautiful! There was a little mess on the patio table and when I asked that it be recleaned and it was IMMEDIATELY taken care of! I loved this place… would highly recommend this unit ❤️

The management was very hard to reach. The place was dirty when we arrived. The furniture is extremely uncomfortable old and worn out. The bed was awful. The management call center called me the next day to come out and reclean the unit, I was only there for a day and should have been clean ti begin with. The elevators are packed and slow, so be prepared to take the stairs. Horrible horrible experience. Would not recommend this place.

Just step away from the beach! The view was blocked from the sunsets and sunrises as others have stated. Bed was very uncomfortable and there was not enough bedding for the colder months. We had the heat on the entire time we were there. TVs were on so we couldn't connect chromcast to watch movies in the bedroom. Could use some updates. Kitchen didn't have any spices like usual places, but that could be a covid thing.

Would book this property again. The only thing we weren’t pleased with was when we turned the sheets down on night one, the fitted sheet wasn’t on the mattress and the mattress pad had some brown stains and stains that were clearly droplets of blood. The front desk said they couldn’t change them because the unit was not managed by them, but a private owner.
