About this condo rental
Situated in Victoria, this attractive condo for $181 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Welcome to the Penthouse at the Janion. This luxury penthouse features 270° views of the Victoria Harbour and a massive wrap-around patio. At 914 square feet, this is the largest suite in the Janion. Features a master king bed, ensuite bathrooms in both bedrooms, a superautomatic espresso machine, a 65" Smart TV and communal gym access. Great for professionals looking for an extended stay downtown, newlyweds and vacationers. PLEASE NOTE No parties will be tolerated at this unit. Noise must be kept at a reasonable level at all times. This unit is in an apartment building and the neighbours must be respected. Quiet time will be strictly enforced after 10pm in accordance with Victoria bylaws. If you are planning on having a party here, please look elsewhere. It will not get far as the host is very close by and there are security systems in place. If you would like to have a reasonable gathering in this unit (eg. baby shower, birthday dinner), please ask before booking and we can discuss this on a case by case basis.

We hosted some friends from Quebec for a weekend in Victoria and absolutely loved the Janion penthouse. Outstanding views, the perfect location, comfortable beds and very clean. Nice bonus to be able to park our car underground during our stay as well. Thank you!

Comfortable and convenient place to stay. It has amazing sunset view. Right on the harbor and close to everything. Bring your walking shoes to explore. Owner very accommodating and helpful.

The property does have a beautiful view. Describing the unit as luxury is a real stretch. Bed linens are 100 % Polyester sheets. Ug. Unit is described as a 2 bedroom when in reality the second room is a tiny room with no closet, No chest of drawers and too small for a luggage rack and has a Murphy bed with polyester sheets! This is not luxury. This is more like camping out as bags for the couple using this room had to be in the living room! This is a very expensive rental for these conditions and without a microwave. Unit would be nice for a couple if bed linens would be ungraded. View is luxury but people renting should be told about the 2nd room is uncomfortable and your luggage will be in living room or entry hall since you must live out of your suitcase. Too expensive for these conditions

We were so grateful to have found this VRBO property and would recommend it in a heartbeat. The photos can't do justice to the surrounding neighborhood and views.
Mitchel, our host, was very thorough in all descriptions, in outfitting the space and providing amenities.
We had two couples over the age of 65. The two bedrooms are not of equal value, but two of us were happy to pay more to have the king bed and extra space which worked great for the other couple. The smaller room has a great mattress and the second bathroom is attached. There is also room in the hall closet to store the suitcases and hand clothes.
Everything was great with our stay and we were lucky enough to have sunshine and 70+ degrees every day.
As we said, we will be back to Victoria and we will make sure to arrange it around the availability of this great property.

Love this space! Plenty of room for me and my daughter. There is a building binder cons next door so I was worried that it would be crazy noisy but it didn’t bother us at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed a couple days of relaxation. This spot is a great location, once we parked we didn’t need the vehicle until we left. Easy walking to shops, restaurants and pubs not to mention the beautiful view from the room.

Our first impression was the cozy, fun layout & fantastic views from this place. Our second impression was how very small some parts of the apartment were. The second BDRM, second Bath, Master Bath & Kitchen are truly tiny. But after staying there the first night, we realized that they were all functional & 'big enough'. And making those elements smaller allowed the designer to make other elements larger. After that, the enjoyment of the one-of-a-kind architecture kicked in & we enjoyed the place more & more each day until we left.

We had a great 2.5 days in Vancouver. This apartment was fantastic. Great location and harbor views, just like shown in the listing. The only trouble was that the fancy single serve espresso maker was not working. But they had a French press, and a great coffee shop right around the corner-Beans Around the World.

What a gem of a location to arrive to, right in the heart of Victoria. We could not have asked for anything more - spectacular space, wonderful accommodations, views impossible to describe. I wanted to surprise my wife for our 10 year anniversary. This place blew us both away. The pictures don’t do it justice as this place was pristine. We did not want to leave the place during our stay because views, style, location. This is the place if you want an experience above and beyond what you are planning. Well done to Mitchel our host.
