Whether you're planning a ski trip with the extended family or a summer vacation to hike and mountain bike with a group of friends, this five-bedroom EagleRidge townhome provides an elegant and convenient setting for your Steamboat Springs adventures. Whip up pancakes and eggs each morning with your sous chefs seated at the spacious breakfast bar, bring your coffee outside to the large private deck to take in the view of the mountains, and walk over to the gondola for a thrilling day on the slopes. You'll come home to a private washer/dryer for your clothes, a jetted bathtub to soothe your tired limbs, and plentiful sources of at-home entertainment, from the Ping-Pong table in the garage to the gas grill out on the deck. Take advantage of fantastic community amenities that include a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter shuttle, and retreat to the warmth of the gas fireplace for nightly movie screenings on one of the flatscreen TVs. When it's time to turn in, you'll sleep soundly in five bedrooms - one with a king bed, two with a queen bed apiece, a fourth bedroom with two double beds, and a fifth bedroom with two sets of twin bunks. What's nearby: This home is part of the EagleRidge Townhomes in Steamboat Springs, which are ideally located a quarter-mile from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Our group of 9 get together annually for a 4 day ski trip. We have been together since high school or as far back as kindergarten and have been on many ski trips together as we are now in our early 60’s. As a group we agreed this was the best home or town home we have ever stayed in. Everything worked seamlessly for us. The property was a great size. The short walk to the community hot tubs and pool was great. The shuttle at the driveway to and from the hills or on call to town worked excellent. A quick shout out to our shuttle driver Frank. He treated us really well.

We absolutely loved Eagle Ridge 1414! It had everything we needed and more. There was so much room for the 12 of us, and we never felt crowded. The view looks like it’s from a Christmas card and is simply stunning. The shuttle service was easy to use both to the base and to town when we wanted to go shopping or needed to go to the grocery store. Everyone was so nice and helpful from the shuttle drivers to the people at the front desk. It was an amazing experience for our first trip to Steamboat, and we will be back!

We loved this property, quite, perfect location to enjoy the sites of Steamboat Springs. The only issues we encountered, the microwave above the stove did not work (there was a counter top microwave) or the broiler of the stove.

We had a wonderful stay at 1414, our nephew was married at the Steamboat Grand. The condo location was an easy walk to the gondola and our family staying at the grand.

This was spacious and close to everything. The carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. It was filthy!! The sofa as well. All in all it was a nice stay and we had lots of room for our group of 9

This was the perfect townhome to share and was a great location with regards to the mountain (even though it was not ski time yet). It was also not far to go into town and the grocery store was nearby.

The house was beautiful and very clean! Loved how close the pool and hot tub was to the house. Resort did a great job with social distancing with time scheduling for the pool. We will definitely be coming back next summer.

Great place and location
This home is in a great location. It was very clean and has plenty of space for 2 families. Our teens could spread out and we were very comfortable. Thank you to Lauren who took care of us during our stay. She was extremely responsive and helpful to all our requests. We will definitely come back!
