The Antlers condominiums are in the heart of the ski village and among Steamboats most popular vacation properties. Amenities include a seasonal pool and hot tubs, open March to Thanksgiving. Take a 2-minute walk to the ski base and delicious restaurants, and enjoy a private winter shuttle to downtown and supermarkets. ABOUT THE HOUSE Casual elegant furnishings adorn this 4BR/4BA townhouse. In the living room, guests can sink into a leather love seat, sleeper sofa set, or a cushioned rocker to watch the 55” flat screen. The kitchen boasts gleaming granite countertops and high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a French-door SubZero fridge and Thermador gas range. Four barstools at the kitchen island offer a place for morning coffee and conversation. Gather for meals at the dining table with seating for eight. Step onto the private balcony, furnished with a table for four and a rocking chair, to take in views of the pool, bubbling hot tubs, and the ski slope. Upstairs, the master bedroom holds a king-size bed, a wall-mounted 55” flat screen TV, and an en-suite bath with double-sink vanity, walk-in shower, and opulent soaking tub. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds with cozy wool quilts, a 32” TV, and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom features two queen beds, and the fourth has a king bed plus an en-suite bath. Two additional full baths ensure theres plenty of space for everyone. Amenities include a washer/dryer and access to the complex’s steam room and ski lockers. The seasonal pool and hot tubs are open March to Thanksgiving. THE LOCATION This prime ski-in, ski-out location puts you just 2 minutes from the base of the mountain and numerous eateries. Cafe Diva serves new American cuisine and offers a stellar wine list, and T-Bar at Steamboat is a friendly place to wet your whistle. In warmer months, hike at Fish Creek Falls, or sink into Strawberry Park Hot Springs any time of year — both places are within a 4-mile drive of home. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Absolutely loved our stay! Check in process was easy and the staff was ready to greet us upon arrival with information. The property seemed much bigger in person than in the pictures and was able to comfortably accommodate our group of 10 friends. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! It had the comfortable feel of home and the beds were super luxurious. The kitchen was very well equipped. The scenery around the condo was breathtaking. I highly recommend this vacation rental. Our family had so much fun. Oh also, lots of games provided for family fun time!

The condo was well appointed, and very clean. The functioning's were updated and well cared for. The beds were extremely comfortable and plenty of room for our whole party of 11. Our stay was fantastic. The staff at The Antlers were very helpful and friendly and offered assistance whenever we asked. We'll definitely be putting this on our list as a must stay.

They keep your skis and boots for you. You then walk up about 20 stairs to your home so you don’t ski to your door and then ski right out. Ski out requires going down to ski valet room to get your boots, which they will warm for you if you call before (great service!) and then you walk about 50 yards in snow up a slight grade to an area where you put your skis on and then ski to the Christy express lift or gondola. Easy process. Highly recommend this facility and this home.

The property location is EXCELLENT, townhome needs a deep cleaning.
I am very disappointed in TurnKey and may never rent another VRBO that uses this management company. They were not customer centric at all and just had “canned” responses for everything and caused angst and frustration.

This property has been one of the best I have ever stayed at. Easy access to the front desk and the pool area. The property was exactly as described. We had 6 adults and 6 kids. There was a cabinet of games available to us, extra towels near the pool and beautiful views of the mountain right out the back. Easy access to restaurants and community activities. We were very pleased and would love to come back in the future.

LOVED this property!

We were in town for an extra long weekend and a baseball tournament. The home is very well placed at the base of the ski mountain. Easy access to all the offerings there. Great pool too that the kids used daily

Great location and spacious!
We had great poop views and the condo was spacious. The AC unfortunately did not work but we were able to turn on fans and open windows. The location was great and in walking distance to restaurants and shops.
