What I liked about the property :
* Location location location
* As a solo female traveler I felt safe
* The room was clean and although small (3x3m) it had everything I needed: Comfy bed, comfy pillows, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, shower with excellent water pressure, toiletries etc.
* Smart tv with Netflix, bbc iplayer etc
* The staff, from reception to the cleaning lady, were all very helpful and polite.
* It’s related to Nox Hotels.
What I didn’t like:
* The bathroom especially the shower needs some stain cleaning + general refurbishment
* As other reviewers have said, the room was hot. Thankfully I could open the window day and night. There’s no aircon and no fan. For mid late September I found it hot but bearable with the open window. I don’t think I would wanna stay there in summer.
* Once I requested my room to be cleaned. I left the room early in the morning and when I came back at 5pm my room was still not cleaned.

The room was recently updated and the owners have tried to make the place feel modern and welcoming. The bed is comfortable and the location is excellent. The security is pretty good and the facilities are well provided on the whole. A full sized fridge, iron and ironing board, hairdrier coffee machine and microwave add to the home comforts. The en-uite is modern and well appointed
Would definitely stay here again
A few improvements would have made the stay perfect.

No air con and no lift so lots of stairs to our room.
