Nestled in Flagstaff, this attractive house for $308 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Relaxing home in Flagstaff awaits you. All bedrooms have a TV to stream your favorite shows. There are 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook delicious meals, just bring the food. There is an outdoor grill, fire pit, and lots of seating to enjoy the stars. Close to NAU, Historic Downtown, and highways to the Grand Canyon, Williams, Page, and Sedona. This home offers 4 bedrooms, (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full, 3 twin) one of the bedrooms is upstairs and has 2 lofts. The kitchen is fully stocked with a double oven, gas grill, and microwave. We have both a keurig and a drip coffee maker as well as a blender (for smoothies or more) and an air popper. We typically keep some extra coffee and popcorn around if you forget yours! We have board games, cards, and a few outdoor games (including Corn hole in the warmer months. The main tv has basic cable, and all the TVs are smart TVs with access to Netflix, Disney, Prime, Showtime, Starz, and HBO Max. The entire home Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any special requests or questions! This is a house in a family cul-de-sac. We want our guest to enjoy their stay while respecting the neighborhood and our neighbors! Please observe quiet time outside in the evenings! Primary renter must be 25 or over If any rules are not followed, renters will be charged the damage deposit of $250. -If cigarettes or e-cigarettes are found on the property or the smell of smoke is detected in the house, you will be charged. -If a you have a party at the home and/or there are more guests in the home than agreed to on your reservation, you will be charged. -If you damage something in the home or on the property and do not report it, you will be charged. -If you have a pet in the home without prior permission by your host, you will be charged.

It was a great house for our family with age range from 3-70. The kitchen was the center of the gathering. We have a 3 year old and stayed at the upstairs bedroom with full bath and the lofts. The little one really enjoyed the loft with a TV and the big tub in the full bath. We celebrated my husband’s birthday there. Cooked many good meals in the kitchen. Downstairs master bedroom was very nice and updated. Master bathroom’s ceiling was very high made it felt very fancy. It’s in a very nice neighborhood and convenient location to all supermarkets- Sam’s, saveway, Walmart.
It’s an hour and a half to the Grand Canyon. Two hours to horseshoe bend and an hour to Sedona. There is also nearby within 10-30 minutes trails and parks for our rest days. Saw deers in the back yard in the morning and evening. Outdoor furnitures were great. There was a sandy area for the little one to play and we also played bags there. All family members seemed to enjoy the stay very much!

Stayed here while we were in Flag for our daughter’s graduation. The house was perfect size and layout was really great for our group of 6. Really nice back patio area. Saw a large herd of mule deer each day which was awesome! Neighborhood is nice and a good location. Owners Jess and Jen were really great to work with. I would definitely recommend.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay and wonderful hosts! The experience exceeded expectations. The home was clean and cozy, and we felt very welcome. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed, all we did was supply the groceries. Our children/teens especially enjoyed the loft area, it was their favorite place to hang out. The icing on the cake was the small herd of deer that would visit the back yard every morning and evening. Thank you so much Jen and Jesse for allowing us to use your home for our family vacation, we are happy to recommend this place to anyone staying in Flagstaff!

It was a perfect weekend getaway. There was everything we needed for 2 families. Great extras like a hammock, fire pit, games, cute kid hideouts in the house. Owners were very responsive and had everything ready and simple! We had a great time and everyone was very comfortable!!

What a wonderful place! The pictures do not do it justice. Our family enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space, the common area (plenty of room for puzzles, games, movies) and the kids loved the loft. We definitely hope to return again soon!

Jennifer and Jesse are great to work with. The place was really cool and in an awesome area. It had everything we needed. We had a door malfunction and Jesse was great about it all and very understanding. If you are looking for a great house with great hosts then look no further. If we ever end up in flagstaff again I would for sure stay there again.

Charming property. Our hosts were helpful and easy to reach. Loved those Adirondack chairs on the patio. We used them every night. Also enjoyed meals at the large patio dining table. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of tv choices. A very pleasant week.

Great central spot if visiting Sedona and Grand Canyon. There were deer in the yard each day. Say to get to from interstate. Short distance to University. Safe neighborhood.

Cozy home in a great neighborhood! The home had all the conveniences and more! Our kids loved playing outside everyday and exploring the woodsy area and playing cornhole! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything and more! We would stay here again!

Lovely Flagstaff Home in the Pines
This was a terrific house, and the hosts were very quick to respond to inquiries. It is a beautiful home with a lovely décor. There were many "extras" such as two Keurig coffee-makers with numerous varied pods, a bottle of wine, water bottles, terrific shower, many cable stations such as Netflix, HBO Max etc., in a quiet, fine neighborhood. Enthusiastically recommend.

Excellent Rental
As a family of 5 we have been renting vacation rentals for a long time. This has been one of our favorites. A very spacious home with some unique spaces for the kids to have their private space. Flagstaff is a great location to see many of the sites in Sedona, Page and the Grand Canyon. Check-in/out was a breeze and it is located close to shopping and dining. Perfect family cabin!
This cabin is so cute! Very clean and you can tell the owners care about their customers’ comfort and having a good time. Lots of little amenities such as a coffee bar in the master bedroom, TVs in all bedrooms, makeup wipes in bathrooms, etc. It’s set up very well with an open concept kitchen/family room and three bedrooms downstairs. There is a loft upstairs which is amazing for kids! They didn’t want to come down. The loft actually has two more little lofts the kids played in a lot. Saw beautiful deer in the backyard twice. Great location too. We’ll definitely be returning to this great cabin!

This house was adorable! Every detail was great, décor, games and kitchen supplies were better than expected. Nice view of trees all around. We even had deer walk through in the mornings. The lay out of the house was so fun, my kids loved that teen room. Must see for yourselves!

AMAZING rental property!
This house is PERFECT for a weekend getaway to Flagstaff! The house was clean, fully stocked, and the decor/details were adorable! The beds were SO comfy, the owners were quick to respond, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! We will absolutely be back!

Flagstaff Getaway
A delightful destination for a mountain holiday in the cool pines! Perfect for our long, restful stay, with plenty of room for visits by children and friends. This comfortable home is extremely well furnished with all the quality appliances, kitchen equipment, bed & bath supplies and extras any visitor needs. The outdoor seating areas are very inviting, generous and functional. Our hosts were uniformly available, attentive and accommodating. We have just loved our time here, and truly hope to return.
