About this house rental
Situated in Avon, this lovely house for $325 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Our home is located on the ocean side, 2 blocks north of the Avon Fishing Pier and a 90 second walk to the beach access boardwalk on a quiet cul-de-sac. We welcome you to a comfortable home with many benefits including an outdoor enclosed shower (hot/cold water). Our bottom level access is under the carport entering a spacious area with a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. It's a great place to keep your beach bag ready to walk out the door. The second level is the main entrance with a covered porch outside. If you enter from this door into the home we have a cute sitting area to read or relax. We have a bookcase with lots of books, puzzles and games. All 3 bedrooms are located on this level. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a ceiling fan and shares a full bathroom with the 3rd bedroom that has a pyramid bunk and a pullout trundle. Upstairs, you enter into an open floor plan sharing living and dining space including a half bath. Vaulted ceilings and 3 slider doors provide a bright airy feel opening out to a wrap around deck with great peak-a-boo ocean views. This is a perfect spot for coffee in the morning and happy hour and sunsets in the evening. Enjoy a spacious, well stocked kitchen with a large island (2 barstools) and dining table that seats 6. Whether a meal is being prepared, you’re playing a game of cards on the dining table, or settling in for movie night (SmartTV with Sling provided or log in to your own apps) on the comfy sectional couch, you can enjoy family time together in this inviting space. Our beaches are dog friendly and so is our home, so you can make your family vacation complete by bringing along your 4 legged family member. Shopping and dining are conveniently located very close by. Food Lion is less than a mile south of us. And, 2 of many restaurants are walking distance, along with plenty of shops, ice cream and more a bike ride (rent bikes at Ocean Atlantic Rentals) or short drive away. - Pac-n-Play available for use, please bring your own sheet. Basketball hoop in the driveway, please bring your own ball. - Must be age 25 or older to rent. NOTES: * We highly suggest Cancellation (especially during hurricane season)& Travelers Insurance available through VRBO. Please visit www.VacationProtection.com to protect you in case your trip needs to be cancelled. * We have excellent WIFI, Spectrum Internet Ultra speed is 400 MBPS. * Linens (Sheets and Bath Towels) are included in the cleaning fee of $250. * We do allow up to 2 well behaved dogs to our home for a pet fee of $200.

My wife, our dog and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is a very short walk from the beach and super close to coffee shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. Having the rental place down the street was very helpful, too. The house itself was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely book again!

This property is super comfortable and relaxing. It was a short walk to a beautiful spot on the beach and close to Avon Pier. Cute stores in town and lots of games provided in the house. It is a wonderful place to stay!!

A very nice, clean and comfortable place located near a public walkway to the beach. The property offers numerous amenities at no additional cost, making it a real value for your money. Our group ranged in age from 68 to 71 and our only complaint was the stairs between floors - there were too many!

The house was the perfect size for our family vacation that included three generations and the family dog. While the house and some of the appointments are starting to show their age, the location can’t be beat. Communication with the owner was open and easy.

Very clean. Very roomy. convenient to everything. I both drove on beach and walked to the local beach. The fishing was the worst I have ever seen down here never caught a single fish all week but did get 6 dozen clams in the sound. Just a great house in a great location.

This was our first time down in Avon, and we loved the whole experience. Nicole was very friendly and responsive to all my inquiries regarding the location of the house, things to do nearby, and bringing our pet dog. The house was impeccably clean when we arrived and had every kitchen tool we could wish for to cook a Thanksgiving meal. There were also sand/beach toys available for the kids. The home is about 4 houses away from the beach, so we were able to walk back and forth to the beach several times a day. Very convenient! Although I did not notice this in the photos, the house has peek-a-boo views of the ocean from the kitchen window and side sliding door. It also has a great wrap around deck and lots of nooks to relax in if multiple families/people are staying. We loved it and hope to go back again soon.

Wonderful property just like home in a perfect situation to enjoy the outer banks and wonderful fishing ! Nicole was great to work with - will not hesitate to visit again ! We also had a wonderfully inquisitive raccoon pay us a visit !

I so enjoyed my visit to Avon, and this property was the perfect rental. Clean, wonderful layout, comfortable beds, Short walk to the beach. The outdoor decks were great, the sliding glass doors, and a perfect neighborhood. I will be returning, and I will rent this property again! The Owners were very helpful and nice!
