Location - proximity to the beach, swimming pool and bar with the view, room decoration, restaurant cuisine
This is a very nice hotel but with staff of the level of a motel… they are not properly trained to receive international tourism.
Various staff members were defensive or even confrontational for ridiculous matters while I made the effort to speak in Spanish with them, one bar tender lady on the rooftop terrace tried to make us pay twice the price for some drinks, but we realised and she corrected. Things like that cannot happen in a hotel of this category.
