Good location, stayed on way to Plymouth for ferry. Clean comfortable room
Evening meal service wasn't well organised. My husband had finished eating his main course before mine was even brought to the table, then staff cleared table and didn't return to ask about desserts so we had to go find someone to ask. The staff didn't seem to know what to do, maybe they were in training?

It was comfortable, clean with great service and food.
I did not like that I had to pay for parking. I did not like that having paid for half board the evening meal only included two not three courses. Nothing in the booking indicated this. I did not like that late checkout was £30! .

Good adjoining family rooms
The service time in the restaurant was terrible. 1hr 20 to receive our meals and further delay waiting for desert. We were also charged for the second course of the two course meal included in the booking. I’ve been told it was refunded but haven’t seen the credit in my account yet.
There were dirty/sticky marks on the wall in one of the rooms.
The lift was broken when we were leaving so had to carry our bags downstairs.
On the plus side, beds were comfy, breakfast fine and the Portuguese guy who was working at breakfast is an asset to them.
