The location of the hotel and that you can take a dog.
Great bar and seating area. Room was very comfortable and adequate size. Amenities provided are good.
Restaurant food for evening meal was okay. Burger and salad were not very appetising. Rather tasteless and salad looked like it was dried up.
Fries were lovely.

Good adjoining family rooms
The service time in the restaurant was terrible. 1hr 20 to receive our meals and further delay waiting for desert. We were also charged for the second course of the two course meal included in the booking. I’ve been told it was refunded but haven’t seen the credit in my account yet.
There were dirty/sticky marks on the wall in one of the rooms.
The lift was broken when we were leaving so had to carry our bags downstairs.
On the plus side, beds were comfy, breakfast fine and the Portuguese guy who was working at breakfast is an asset to them.
