The location is exceptional and a few minutes' walk from Beyoglu's most famous districts, including Istiklal Avenue, Galataport, and Galata Tower district. I didn't need to use a taxi from the day I arrived. The staff is exceptional. From the moment I arrived, everyone made their best to make sure the stay was meeting the expectations. Abdul Rahman, in particular, was very helpful. They even kept my luggage safe after check-out because I had a late flight. The food in the restaurant is very good. The breakfast was delivered to the room and was huge and could easily feed two people. The room is spacious and the hot tub exceptional. What I particularly liked was the attention to hygiene details in the bathrooms, be it in the room bathroom or the common bathrooms with automatic toilet seat covers in the public areas. A special mention to the cutest hotel dog in the world, Ares, who is as friendly as everyone I have met in this hotel. Whenever I need to book a stay in the area, I will not be thinking twice about booking this hotel.

The fact that we got a free upgrade on me and my wife’s baby moon and honey moon says all you need to be about the Turkish. Extremely accomodating, friendly, professional and the property itself is unreal. Just overall beautiful time in Istanbul and I would only choose them over anyone. They even had surprised us with balloons and flowers at our room when we arrived. It was very special to us.
